Case 1:
Jingjiang Changyang 3MW | Elevated Color Steel Tile Mounting System | State-owned Enterprise

1、Basic Project Information
Project Location: Jingjiang
Installed Capacity: 3MW
Owner Unit: Jingjiang Changyang Metal (State-owned Enterprise)
Application Scenario: Color Steel Tile Rooftop
Bracket Solution: Clamp + Aluminum Angle bracket + Rail
Delivery Cycle: 7-10 Days
Service Scope: Bracket Design, Manufacturing, Supply, On-site Technical Guidance
2、Project Background & Client Pain Points
1.The original old color steel tile rooftop has limited load-bearing capacity, which cannot support direct flat installation of PV modules.
2.The rooftop faces high waterproof risk, as traditional drilling and fixing methods easily damage color steel tiles and cause rooftop leakage.
3.State-owned enterprise projects have strict standards for wind resistance, snow resistance, corrosion protection and overall safety reliability.
4.The plant requires regular rooftop inspection and equipment maintenance in subsequent operations, so the installation solution needs to reserve maintenance access.
3、Our Solution Adopt the elevated color steel tile bracket solution with an elevation angle of 13°. The non-penetrating clamps greatly reduce the risk of rooftop leakage. The 15 μm anodized aluminum alloy material solves the corrosion problem and reduces the load on the color steel tile rooftop. The full set of brackets is made of 15 μm anodized aluminum alloy to eliminate corrosion risks and adapt to the corrosive environment of the plant area.Structural calculations and verification comply with high wind and snow load specifications required by state-owned enterprises, and sufficient space is reserved after elevation to facilitate later rooftop inspection and maintenance.
4、Our Highlights
① Adapt to old plant rooftops, and the elevated brackets reserve sufficient maintenance passages.
② Clamp-type installation reduces rooftop openings and avoids leakage hazards.

③ Meet the high-standard technical requirements for wind load resistance and corrosion protection of state-owned enterprise projects.

Case 2:
Hengrun Phase II & Phase III 4.8MW | Elevated Color Steel Tile Mounting System | Listed Enterprise

Basic Project Information
Project Location: Jingjiang
Installed Capacity: 4.8MW (Total of Phase II and Phase III)
Owner Unit: Hengrun Group (Listed Enterprise)
Application Scenario: Distributed PV on the rooftops of large listed enterprise industrial park plants
Bracket Solution: Elevated Color Steel Tile PV Bracket System
Delivery Cycle: Supporting supply in two batches for Phase II and Phase III
Service Scope: Bracket Design, Manufacturing, Supply, On-site Technical Guidance
2、Project Background & Client Pain Points
1.The original angle of the color steel tile rooftop is relatively small, and the conversion efficiency of flat-mounted modules is low. The 13° elevated bracket solution increases power generation by 15% compared with the traditional flat-mounted solution while ensuring safety.
2.If drilling causes leakage on the large-area rooftop, it will damage the production equipment in the plant, leading to extremely high waterproof risk.
3.Listed enterprises have strict requirements for project safety, durability, corrosion resistance and wind-load and snow-load resistance.
4.Phase II and Phase III are constructed in batches, requiring unified standards of the bracket solution and stable supply to facilitate unified operation and maintenance in the later stage.
We adopted the unified color steel tile elevated bracket system for the continuous plant rooftops of Hengrun Phase II and Phase III. The brackets are fixed by clamps to minimize rooftop penetrations. Elevated installation forms a ventilation air gap, which cools the back of the modules to improve power generation efficiency. The aluminum alloy elevated brackets adapt to the plant environment. The entire set of brackets follows unified design standards and is supplied in stable batches, meeting the phased construction requirements while reserving rooftop maintenance access.
Our Highlights
① The standardized elevated bracket solution adapts to multi-phase continuous plants with strong overall consistency.
②The non-penetrating clamps installation method reduces the leakage risk of large-area plant rooftops.
③ Meets the high-standard requirements for structural safety, corrosion durability and long-term stable operation and maintenance of listed enterprise projects.

Case 3:
Honeycomb Energy 39.8MW | Aluminum Alloy Bracket, Carport BIPV Bracket | Listed Enterprise

1、Basic Project Information
Project Location: Jingjiang
Installed Capacity: 39.8MW
Owner Unit: Honeycomb Energy (Listed Enterprise)
Application Scenario: Carport PV and BIPV (Building Integrated Photovoltaics) project in large industrial park
Bracket Solution: Aluminum Alloy PV Bracket + Carport BIPV Integrated Bracket System
Delivery Cycle: Bulk supply and delivery in batches
Service Scope: Bracket Design, Manufacturing, Supply, On-site Technical Guidance
2、Project Background & Client Pain Points
1.Traditional rooftop drilling solutions cannot be used in the carport area, which needs to balance the parking function and PV load-bearing performance.
2.BIPV building integration imposes stringent requirements on the appearance precision and installation fit of the brackets.
3.The open-air environment of the plant area has obvious rain and atmospheric corrosion, requiring excellent anti-corrosion performance of the brackets.
4.The plant requires regular rooftop inspection and equipment maintenance in subsequent operations, so the installation solution needs to reserve maintenance access.
3、Our Solution The project adopts the combination of lightweight and high-strength aluminum alloy brackets and dedicated carport BIPV integrated bracket structure. Featuring inherent corrosion resistance, aluminum alloy retains stable performance under long-term open-air exposure. The BIPV brackets accurately match the size of PV building materials to realize the integrated effect of architecture and photovoltaics. The overall structure has undergone complete load verification to meet the site load conditions of high wind-load, rain and snow-load. The entire set of brackets adopts modular design, which facilitates rapid large-area installation to ensure the construction progress of large-scale projects.
4、Our Highlights
① The aluminum alloy material has light weight and excellent corrosion resistance, which is very suitable for long-term use in open-air carports.
② Customized BIPV carport brackets balance parking function, architectural aesthetics and PV power generation.
③ Mature MW-level project supply and design capabilities can support the stable implementation of large new energy projects.
